If you have a dental emergency, please call our office immediately at 770-977-7600 and we will do our best to respond to those needs promptly. We have a message service available during non-office hours at this phone number.

What are your office hours?

We see patients Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Friday, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Do I need an appointment?

We see all patients on an appointed basis, and ask that you call in advance so we can reserve time for you.

How do I make or change an appointment?

If it is necessary to change an appointment, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible... at least two business days so that your previously reserved time can be made available to another patient. Missed appointments or appointment cancellations less than 48 hours before may be subject to a charge.

What are the modes of payment?

For your convenience we accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Payments may be made online here, in office and by mail.

How do you handle payments with insurance?

As a benefit to our patients with dental insurance, we will process your insurance billing for you. You have a choice of having direct reimbursment from your insurance company, or we will extend credit to you for your estimated insurance portion. We ask that you pay your estimated portion at the time of service. Please be aware that you are responsible for any fees not covered by your insurance carrier.
