That’s why we created the East Cobb Dental Wellness Plan—an affordable in-house membership designed to make preventive treatments more accessible and reduce out-of-pocket costs for additional services.

Exclusions and Limitations:
- This plan is not refundable under any circumstances.
- Appointments are subject to availability, and lack of availability does not constitute a refund or additional discount.
- If a service covered at 100% is not used by the expiration date of the plan, the patient forfeits that service.
- This plan cannot be combined with any other discount or insurance.
- This plan runs for 365 days, including the day the plan is purchased.
- Any procedure in progress or performed before the member’s eligibility date is excluded.
- This plan can only be used at East Cobb Dental and is not applicable if the patient is referred to a specialist’s office. The doctor will work with the patient to decide the best course of treatment.
